How do I return an item?
To exchange an item please contact us and tell us which item you would like to exchange your current item for. If you would like to exchange for a different size please note the size change. In order for us to maintain our prices, the customer must cover the shipping and handling costs of your exchange request. All exchanges must be made within 30 days from your invoice date and you must have an authorized exchange form, if we receive an item without an authorized exchange form your exchange would be rejected at your expense. We never refund shipping and handling charges. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, we will gladly replace it with the same item with no shipping charge. Absolutely no exchanges will be accepted for any reason later than 30 calendar days from your order date. Swimwear cannot be exchanged for Jewelry items, it must be exchanged for swimwear or cover-ups.
If an item as been discontinued we cannot accept an exchange on that item.
We do not accept returns on flip flops or footwear.
To return for a money back refund items must be returned within 30 days from your invoice date. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable and you must ship the products back at your own expense. Returns will not be accepted if the tags/sanity liners are not intact. Clothing must be in new unworn condition to be considered for a refund.
We are NOT responsible for lost packages being returned. We are not responsible for packages dropped off and not signed for. Be sure to give us a secured address. Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered CAN NOT be taken back. If we receive such goods we will charge you $30 and return the items to you. There will be a $25.00 charge on all checks that do not clear or for charge backs. Any fraudulent activities are reported to your local police department for prosecution. Our company name "Sunnyside Swimwear" will appear on your credit card statement.
