Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy:

You may return new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is never covered unless a product was damaged or was shipped incorrectly. In order to be illegible for a return, the following conditions must be met.

  • Buyer must pay return shipping and be able to provide a valid tracking number if requested.
  • Item(s) must be in the same new condition that it was in when received, with all original tags and hygienic liners in place.
  • Item(s) must be free of any perfumes/fragrance, orders, and deodorant/lotion marks. Any swimwear returned with pet hair on them cannot be accepted under any circumstance. 

All exchanges are subject to Sunnyside Swimwear's approval and may be sent back without return eligibility if the above conditions are not followed.

 

PLEASE NOTE, ALL CUSTOM PIECES ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Customized pieces are swimsuits that are altered in any way by the request of the customer to something other than the original product pictured.


You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 6 business days).

Exchange Policy:

Did you order an item that doesn't fit correctly? No problem! We are happy to exchange your swimsuit for a different size, or for a completely different swimsuit if you wish. If you exchange for a different swimsuit than the one originally ordered you will be charged the price difference if there is one. You have 30 days from the delivery of the package to exchange, all exchanged swimwear must be in new condition which means the sanity liners and tags are in tact and they product hasn't been worn in the water or washed. (review above return policy for more details)

Shipping:

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Most products are made and shipped within 2-6 business days

Free shipping: 3-5 business days

First Class Mail: 3-5 business days

Priority Mail: 2-4 business days

Priority Express: 2 business days

 

Estimated International Ship Times:

First Class Mail: 10-20 business days

Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days

Priority Mail Express International: 3-5 business days
